JERRY CONNERY
CEO
Jerry’s precision and vision in leading development projects comes from over 40 years of helping to shape communities throughout south central Wisconsin. During his diverse career in the development and construction industry Jerry has completed over 4,000 multi-family units including both senior and market rate units and has contributed to hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space. He has and continues to reshape Dane Co., creating jobs and tax base while making communities a better place to live. Jerry’s diverse experience provides him with the tools to lead a diverse family of companies that are at the forefront of real estate development, commercial and multi-family construction, senior housing management, and commercial real estate sales and brokerage.
As the CEO of Realm, Jerry leads the strategic vision on all aspects of development and construction.
Jerry is also the President of Prairie Development Ltd. And a managing principle of JA Connery Construction and Home Again Senior Living.
ANDREW CONNERY
Executive Vice President
With years of diverse construction industry experience Andy is at the forefront of the building and design industry. His experience includes all aspects of construction management from hands on project management and initial budgeting to project completion and supervision. Andy has worked on projects of all scales, from single family homes to a major retail and multi-family developments.
As the Executive Vice President of Realm, Andy oversees the direction of all construction related activity and team members.
Andy is also a managing principle of JA Connery Construction and Home Again Senior Living.
MARTY O'CONNOR
President & CFO
Marty is a leading financial expert in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in over $500 million of development transactions during his career. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and was previously the Senior Vice President and Regional Director for the commercial real estate operations of a large multi-national bank. Marty holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the highly renowned Graaskamp Real Estate School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Marty is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin.
As the President & CFO of Realm, Marty leads all development efforts and oversees all financial aspects of the companies.
Marty is also the President and a managing principle of Home Again Senior Living.
